Amariah has over 20 years of experience in startup and business management, project development, and financing. He has been investing in diverse real estate assets since 2012. Amariah is responsible for debt financing, diligence, and property underwriting. He has completed in excess of twenty real estate investments totaling $80+ million in transactions. Prior to investing, he was an Emmy-winning film producer and commercial television director for national US clients.

Obin has over two decades of experience in running teams and project development. He has been responsible for oversight of multi-million dollar renovations on value-add properties, including single-family rental properties, office buildings, hundreds of apartment units, film and TV productions. Prior, he was a national champion in mountain bike racing and an Emmy-winning film director.

Mark is a Real Estate Veteran with over 23 years in the industry. Over his career, he has participated in real estate transactions throughout 13 states in the US, South America, and the Caribbean and closed over $400m in real estate transactions. His vast experience in all aspects of Real Estate provides added value to the team. He attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and today lives with his wife in Southern California.

Japhia is a software developer from North Carolina, where she works as a full stack engineer and software architect. She has 18 years experience as a full stack developer, having built software in the scientific, banking, entertainment, and e-commerce sectors - from startups to global enterprises.

She is passionate about discovering new ways to bring more equitable access to traditional financial systems through blockchain innovation.

When Japhia is not working she enjoys running and building interesting software projects in the gaming and blockchain sectors.

Brendan is a talented Software Engineer with a focus on Machine Learning and Data Science. In his spare time he runs one of the most popular Data Science online educational publications.

He graduated with a B.S. in mathematics and minors in Computer Science and Chinese from Framingham University in Massachusetts.

Among some of her notable transactions, Rasha has handled the following:

• Sale of 11 property portfolio of independent and senior living facilities located in Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington, DC for over $630,000,000 on behalf of a joint venture between a major institutional investor and senior living operator.
• Acquisition, financing, and formation of joint venture for construction of two senior housing facilities located in South Florida on behalf of institutional investor and senior living operator. Total project budget in excess of 180,000,000.
• Acquisition and financing of Hotel 71 in Chicago, Illinois on behalf of a hotel owner/developer.
• $20,000,000 loan facility on behalf of BBCN Bank in connection with acquisition of 14 “Motel 6” properties across five states.

Rasha earned her J.D., with honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law; her M.B.A, with honors, from Illinois Institute of Technology; and her B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame. Over the course of her career, she has worked for top-tier international law firms based in the United States; Dubai, UAE; and Cairo, Egypt, including DLA Piper and most recently Quarles & Brady.

• Lead counsel on standard to complex corporate and cross-border transactions, including $10m to $100m security token offerings, mergers and acquisition deals, technology transactions (SaaS), and ancillary transactions.
• Negotiate, structure, and draft deal documentation; lead due diligence for buyer and seller-side transactions; and create and structure anti-money laundering (AML) & know your customer (KYC) compliance policies
• Advise startups, tech and emerging companies, from early stage to publicly-traded companies, on a broad range of corporate and matters, including formations, securities, business deals, corporate restructuring, and corporate clean-up.

1. Prior to joining TrueRate Services LLC, Cooper was an originations analyst on the top producing originations team at Greystone. At Greystone, Cooper focused on the sizing, underwriting, and package submission of over $7B of HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac multifamily loans.

3. Prior to joining TrueRate Services LLC, Peter was an underwriting analyst at Dwight Capital, one of the top FHA Lenders. At Dwight Capital, Peter lead the underwriting process from engagement to closing across the suite of multifamily HUD financing products.
